These "Helping Words" are selected texts from The Book Series of the Grail Message Foundation. They are meant to speak to the spirit of man, his "ego", when he is in need of strengthening, when he wishes to withdraw from everyday life and relax, or when weaknesses, faults and suffering admonish and prompt him earnestly to commune within himself.

These words also seek to remind the human spirit that he is only a traveller in the deep vale of the World of Matter, who certainly gathers his experiences and looks around carefully, yet in doing so must not get caught anywhere, but continually strive on vigorously towards the height - towards eternal life.
